Warranty

Warranty:  

Lumante strongly believes and is committed to creating conscious jewelry of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We offer all our customers a free lifetime warranty on our jewelry from the time of delivery.  

By using the highest quality materials and the best master craftsmen, we ensure to create timeless pieces of jewelry. All our jewelry is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure our standards of quality are maintained. 

Please note, the following terms and conditions apply:  

  1. Our warranty policy only includes manufacturing defects.
  2. Product cleaning, prong tightening, and re-polishing.  
  3. All manufacturing defects must be notified to Lumante via info@thelumante.com within 48 hours of delivery and returned to Lumante for inspection.  

Once the jewelry has arrived at Lumante’s warehouse and has been inspected, any applicable charges will be notified via email prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.  

Warranty Process:  

In order to avail our warranty policy, please refer to our procedure below:  

  1. An email must be raised to info@thelumante.com with pictures of the product. 
  2. A Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label will be sent to you via email.  
  3. Please ensure to double box your Lumante jewelry. This means the jewelry is packed in its original packaging. Next the box must be placed inside another plain box.  
  4. Once the item(s) is received at the warehouse a thorough inspection of the product will begin. If there is any indication that the product has been tampered with, Lumante reserves the right to nullify your warranty service, thus resulting in a charge for product repair.  

Please note that all products will be insured at their full billing price valuations by UES during its transit back to the Lumante warehouse. Furthermore, all warranty returns will be free of charge.  

Not Applicable:  

Please note, our warranty policy is not applicable to the following:  

  1. Discoloration of the precious metals caused by water contact, make-up, skincare or any other chemicals.  
  2. The loss of crafted diamonds caused by the damage of everyday wear or any other form of damage.  
  3. Theft and product loss.  
  4. Restoration of broken prongs caused by normal everyday wear or any other form of damage. 
  5. Repairs such as clasps or chains breaking.  
  6. Any third-party alterations or customizations done to the piece of jewelry will automatically nullify your warranty.
