Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry and wish to return the item(s), we offer paid returns at $30.  

Return Process:  

In order to initiate the return process, please follow the instruction below:  

  1. An email will need to be sent to info@thelumante.com stating that you would like to return your item(s).  
  2. We, at Lumante, will send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with the airbill.  
  3. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and double packed. This means you place the jewelry piece(s) in their original packaging first, and then into another plain box.  
  4. All returns must be shipped back within 2 days of receiving the airbill. Failure to do so will result in another airbill charge.  
  5. All freight charges will be applicable on return and exchange orders.  

Disclaimer: Please note that if there is any indication of product tampering or counterfeit items returned, Lumante reserves the right to reject all claims.  

Furthermore, refunds will only be initiated once the product has been received and inspected at Lumante’s warehouse. For more information regarding refunds, please view our refund policy. 

Refund Policy:  

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.  

Please note that the following terms and conditions are applicable:  

  1. All refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the product by the end of the day.
