Lumante offers free shipping worldwide. We use FedEx to deliver all our products quickly and seamlessly for you to enjoy.  

All our products are packaged and insured at their full billing price valuation while in transit to their destination.  

How We Ship:  

All orders are delivered on a priority basis via FedEX. If you wish to surprise someone special with a piece of Lumante jewelry, we offer alternate shipping address.  

It typically takes 3 business days for your Lumante product to reach you. However, any delays in delivery due to weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or carrier delays are completely out of our control, and Lumante reserves the right to bear no cost or fault.  

Additional Information:  

1. All our products are insured at its full billing valuation by UES during its transit to its destination.  
2. We only use FedEx to deliver products. Therefore, we request you do not accept any orders from any other delivery agency.  
3. Orders require a signature by any person 18+ years old.  
4. Shipping to alternate addresses cannot be changed once the package has been dispatched from Lumante’s warehouse and is on route to its destination.  
5. P.O. Box deliveries are strictly not allowed due to insurance purposes.  

Disclaimer: Products are only shipped once it has undergone thorough quality control. Furthermore, it takes up to 48 hours for your order to be ready and dispatched from the Lumante warehouse, depending on the inventory and production schedules of the item(s).
